According to Shariat Mohammediyah, Aqa Moula ^TUS is the owner and legally the sole trustee of all Waqf and Da'awat properties. These properties have been entrusted to the jama'at, and it is under the umbrella of Umoor al-Amlaak that all of these properties are meticulously looked after, all the while being aware of the significance of the honor that has been bestowed.

Additionally, the development, upkeep, maintenance, documentation and legal compliances of all jama'at properties fall under the scope of Umoor al-Amlaak.
